Resolution:

Our team evaluates every case individually to ensure a fair outcome. Once a claim is approved, a replacement of equivalent value will be dispatched along with the customer's subsequent order.

2. Shipping & Custom Duties

All logistics expenses, including shipping, handling, and any destination-specific custom charges or import taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Items purchased during Sales or Promotions.
  • Unstitched fabrics that have been stitched or altered.
  • Articles from our M. Luxe Fabric collection.

4. Refund Policy

Niva1 maintains a "No Refund" policy. We do not offer money-back guarantees on any purchases made through our digital platforms.

5. Order Cancellation & Store Credit

For payments made via Credit Card or PayPal, cancellations are only permitted within 12 hours of order placement. In such cases, we do not issue a cash refund; instead, the customer will receive a digital coupon of the same value, valid for use on our Site or App for 60 days.

6. Order Management

Niva1 reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. Common reasons include stock unavailability, quality control failures, or technical pricing errors.

7. Data Privacy
